Hotard Coaches is committed to providing you and your group with a safe and clean motorcoach. Each motorcoach is meticulously detailed after each trip. This includes disinfecting the 32 critical touch points with CDC identified disinfecting solutions. Our motorcoach operators have also been trained to clean critical touch points during charters as well as complete a screening questionnaire prior to departure. At Hotard, we believe staying safe during the pandemic is a team effort, here are some things you can consider to help keep your group safe:
- Use a screening tool (temperature check and/or questionnaire) prior to allowing passengers to board the bus
- Assign seats to your group for the duration of the trip
- Remind your passengers to use the hand sanitizer that is provided by the driver or bring their own
- Encourage everyone to wear a mask as much as possible while on the bus
- When possible, allow for additional seats between passengers
