I want you and your management team to be aware of an experience I had on Friday, May 1, 2009.
I attended JazzFest for the first time and used the shuttle service from Marconi Park.  At some point during the 5:30 P.M. return trip to the park on school bus no. 11, with Miss Dee as the driver, I lost my small purse which contained my drivers license, a credit card, and $200 in cash.
I did not become aware of the loss for a couple of hours, and when I called Gray Line Company, because I did not remember your company name, I had to leave a message with my contact information and then cancel my credit card.  Gray Line returned my call early Saturday morning and gave me your dispatch telephone number.  Within 20 minutes of leaving a message, I was called by Mr. Butch Nuccio, National Transportation Manager, who advised he had
located my purse.  Mr. Nuccio then insisted on delivering the purse to me at The Marriott on Causeway Boulevard.  He arrived within 15 minutes and I thanked him for his help but he assured me all the credit was to the bus driver.  Everything was still in the purse as I had left it.
I could not be more thankful for the promptness and courtesy shown by your employees during this incident.  The honesty and integrity of both Mr. Nuccio and Miss Dee turned a very unsettling event, into a wonderful experience.  A company is only as good as its employees and you have 2 exemplary employees in Miss Dee and Butch Nuccio.
A big Texas THANK YOU to Butch and Miss Dee for making my first JazzFest visit one I will always remember.

I would like to thank you very much on behalf of the students and

parents who participated in our Science Olympiad trip to Centre and

Jacksonville, Alabama. The bus arrived promptly and was very comfortable

and of course completely clean, and the trip could not have been more

pleasant. We truly appreciate your making it available in spite of the

last-minute nature of our booking.

Most of all, I want to let you know what a pleasure it was to have

Calvin Collins as a driver. He is clearly experienced with young

people. He told them his expectations in a clear but very pleasant

manner, and he had their respect and appreciation from the very

beginning. It ws no surprise that he was an excellent driver, but he

also went out of his way to be helpful to students and adults alike.

Because of him, both teachers and chaperones felt supported and assisted

in every way. Again and again, he went out of his way to make things go

smoothly and efficiently. His suggestions and comments helped us

tremendously in organizing and monitoring students. Because of all that

he did, I would certainly look forward to working with Hotard again.

Please convey to him our gratitude and our compliments on being the best

at what he does!

Regarding: charter

Date of trip: Jan 5 and Jan 10

Comments: Used the bus to transfer our wedding guests to the dock from our hotel on Jan 5th.  The bus was about 5 minutes late but with the traffic and construction that day was understandable.  The driver was friendly, the bus clean and everyone was very pleased with the ride.  Also, used the bus to return to the hotel on Jan 10th.  Found the same - driver friendly, bus clean.  Also on the return trip got off the ship earlier than expected - call the bus company and they got the bus there 20 minutes earlier!!!   VERY PLEASED!!  Thank you for making my daughter\'s wedding a little less stressful for me!

just wanted to say Thanks for the "great"  transportation service to our event.

I wanted to let you know that the buses were prompt and your two drivers were excellent.

Associates using the bus service had only good comments.  

We will certainly keep you in mind for future events.

shannon, I am not sure if you are the ideal recipient of this note and forward on if not. I wanted to congratulate your company on a very positive experience I had today with hotard. I am a partner in a local retail store called masseys outfitters. today we sponsored a group of hikers involved with the "friends of the lafitte corridor" who hiked from the french quarter to city park avenue with a brief stop at our store for refreshments. I was initially in charge of shuttling these folks back to the quarter after their hike. the estimated head count was supposed to be 15 people which I could manage in 2 trips in my suburban. well...I got a call after the hike commenced that 65 people were participating and I would need to shuttle them all. impossible, I must say given my situation. I got myself connected with your dispatcher, michelle, who was fantastic. within 10 minutes, she had a bus arranged for their pick up. she was friendly and very helpful upon subsequent calls I made to her in an attempt to nail down the pickup point. the shuttle back to the quarter was pulled off without a hitch and everyone including me is very happy. I just wanted to mention this to you guys. thanks so much!

Hi Sharon,

I just wanted to drop you a note that our tour went extremely well, thanks to Hotard.  We had an absolutely wonderful driver who was professional, courteous, friendly, and flexible.  I was very impressed that, when he learned we had sold out the bus, he radioed for a replacement, since the one we had at first had two broken seats.  Very efficient!

I knew I could trust Hotard to deliver excellent service, but what we received was beyond expectations - truly a New Orleans-style delivery.  The group on the bus was very aware of the special treatment, too.

I can't wait to do it again!
