GOING GREEN!

Hotard Coaches, Inc. is the first motor coach company in the Southern region to take inventory of the much more environmentally friendly 2008 & 2009 MCI D4505 & J4500 models. These premium motor coaches are powered by new EPA-compliant engines, which feature a diesel particulate filter and use Ultra Low Sulfur Fuel. This means they emit less black smoke and particles from their exhausts and, more importantly, their carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 90% over previous motor coach models. And fortunately, these improvements have NOT resulted in changes in the passenger capacity, size, or comfort of these vehicles.

In addition to the new coaches, Hotard is doing things “greener” with the entire fleet -- like making sure tire air pressure is at optimum levels to make the coaches more fuel efficient and recycling motor oil, metals from oil filters, and antifreeze.


And with offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Biloxi, Hotard Coaches, Inc. offers group transportation services to local, state, and national destinations.
